2. Kuno Becker Early Life
Kuno Becker was born on December 14th 1978 in Mexico City, Mexico. He is the son of Mexican actor and director José María Yazpik and Spanish actress Pilar Bardem. Growing up, he was exposed to the world of acting from a young age and decided to pursue a career in it himself. Becker attended the Centro de Educación Artística (CEA) where he received formal training in both acting and dancing.
In 1996, at the age of 17, Kuno made his television debut with a minor role in the Mexican telenovela El Premio Mayor. This would be the start of his successful acting career which has spanned over two decades. During this time, he has starred in numerous other telenovelas such as La Madrastra (2005), Corazón Salvaje (2009), and Las Aparicio (2010).

In 1999, Kuno made his big screen debut with the critically acclaimed film Amores Perros directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu. The film was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and brought him international recognition as an actor. Since then, he has gone on to appear in numerous other films such as A Walk to Remember (2002), Goal! The Dream Begins (2005), and The Dead Don’t Die (2019).
In addition to acting, Kuno has also produced several films including No Eres Tú, Soy Yo (2008) and La Leyenda del Chupacabras (2016). In 2020, he appeared in the Netflix series Monarca which revolves around a wealthy Mexican family who own a tequila empire.
